Disclosure of Personal Information
When you chose to use our website, we request certain personally identifiable information from you such as name, email, age, and location. We will not share the information you provided about yourself with outside parties without your explicit consent. In the event of this policy change, we will provide you with an opportunity to opt out or prohibit the disclosure of your information to outside parties. We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information to others.
Mischmasch may use information in your profile without identifying you as an individual to third parties in order to provide better services to you. We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Mischmasch under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your Personal Information to help Mischmasch communicate with you about offers from us and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information. We provide Non-Personal Information to interested third-parties for purposes of understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on the Website. We use both your Personal Information and certain Non-Personal Information (see below) to improve the quality and design of the Website and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing User preferences and trends.
We may use your Personal Information for the purpose of promoting Mischmasch on our sister website Stew — for the sale of affordable art prints. Stew may contact you for more information about your work and your profile.
Please keep in mind that any personal information, or comments that you voluntarily disclose on the Website, for example on comment pages, becomes publicly available.
To better protect yourself you need to work to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer by signing off once you have finished using a public computer.
